Return Policy:

  • We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
  • To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Before initiating a return, please inform our team about your intention to send back the product and provide the reason for the return.

How to Start a Return:

  2. Send your product to DMPE Solutions LLP – 3rd floor, Roshini Tech Hub, PFS Club House, Marathahalli Main Rd, Lakshminarayana Pura, EPIP Zone, Chinnapanna Halli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037.
  3. Items sent back without prior notification will not be accepted.

Refund Rates:

  • For returns within the first 14 days, a 100% refund will be provided.
  • For returns made after 15 days, a 78% refund will be provided, with a 22% restocking fee.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues:

  • Upon receiving your order, inspect the items. If they are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Non-returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns for items on sale or gift cards. As we specialize in optical products, certain items, such as custom-made glasses or specific lenses, might be non-returnable. For clarity on product-specific return policies, please contact us.


  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for an identical product, reach out to our support team.

Late or Missing Refunds:
